Busy Professionals : two 90 minute meetings per month.
Our 90-minute meetings aim to be tight, organized, professional, fun, on-time, and at a quality level among the best TM clubs.
A fluent level of English is required to participate in a Busy Professionals meeting. We meet to improve our public speaking and leadership skills. We have fun, learn, are are always challenged to improve. A typical meeting comprises three parts; prepared speeches by members from their current manual (basic, advanced, or special), improptu speaking, and formal evaluations.
Like anything else, the real results happen when you become involved. This is not a spectators club. Come for a visit and see what it is all about. Visitors are not required to take any speaking roles, though you can volunteer if you'd like.
To permit the club to use the meeting facilities at the restaurant where we meet, each member and guest is asked to buy a drink on the way in. The set price is 6 euros for basic drinks.

How does it work?
Constructive evaluation is central to the Toastmasters philosophy. Each time you give a prepared speech, an evaluator will point out strengths as well as suggest improvements. Anyone who is a strong leader has to first be an effective communicator. In Toastmasters you will hone your speaking skills, and you will develop leadership abilities - through evaluations, listening, mentoring, serving as club officers and filling roles in club meetings. You will take those leadership skills out into the world, running businesses, mentoring youths, organizing fund-raisers, coaching teams and heading up families.
